Users’ Evaluation of a New Web Browser Payment Interface for Facilitating the Use of Multiple Payment Systems

The availability of multiple (mobile) electronic payment systems ((M)EPS) has led to the development web browser interfaces that support various systems, facilitate transaction, choice system, and perform payment. However, so far, no in-depth study on user satisfaction determinants with these been conducted. Our work aims cope this issue. Thus, based analysis literature Google Chrome (GCWB) interface, we propose a new interface considers users’ preferences systems. Furthermore, have developed theoretical model determine is extension technology acceptance models. Finally, evaluated both proposed through survey research approach (n = 266); data were collected, hypotheses tested via statistical (chi-square test, regression coefficients). experimental results revealed our accepted, easy use, satisfies needs. key factors for accepting are ease usefulness, security, confidentiality, privacy, method preferences, visual design, credibility.
